Getting started
Create an account, browse mentors by expertise and rate, and book your first session. Your dashboard shows recommended mentors and your upcoming bookings. As a mentor, complete your profile and set your availability and pricing to start receiving bookings.
Booking and sessions
Session prices are set by each mentor and shown on their profile. Some mentors offer free sessions – use the "Free sessions only" filter on the Find mentors page to find them. You pay per session with no long-term commitment. After booking, you and your mentor receive confirmation and meeting details. Reschedule or cancel according to the mentor's policy shown at checkout.

Payments and refunds
Payment is taken at booking. Refund rules depend on the mentor and how close to the session you cancel; check the booking summary before confirming. For payment or payout issues, contact support with your booking reference.
Account and safety
Keep your password secure and log out on shared devices. We expect everyone to follow our Code of Conduct. If you see something that breaks the rules or makes you uncomfortable, report it via your dashboard or email support. We take safety seriously.
