1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using our platform you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of the service
You must use Proxima Mentor lawfully and in line with our Code of Conduct. Do not misuse the platform, harass others, or circumvent our systems. Mentors must comply with the Mentor Agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Accounts and payments
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity. Provide accurate information. Session fees are set by mentors; payment terms and refunds are described at booking and in your dashboard. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
4. IP and disclaimer
Proxima Mentor and its branding and software are our property. You keep ownership of content you post and grant us a licence to use it to operate the service. The service is provided as is; mentorship is between you and the mentor and we do not guarantee outcomes.
5. Liability and termination
To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. You may close your account anytime; we may suspend or terminate for breach. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
