How it works: booking a session
From finding a mentor to joining your call. here’s the full flow.

Find a mentor and book
Browse mentors, pick a session type and time (if available), and complete checkout. You pay at booking. Your request appears in My Bookings as Pending until the mentor responds.

Mentor confirms (or declines)
The mentor gets an email and sees your request in their dashboard. They’ll Confirm or Decline. If they confirm, you’ll get a notification and the booking becomes Confirmed. If they decline, you’ll be notified and any payment will be handled according to our policy.

Choose a time and get the meeting link
Once the booking is confirmed, the mentor adds two links for you:
- Availability link: often a Google Calendar appointment schedule. Use it to pick a time that works for both of you.
- Meeting link: e.g. Google Meet. Use it to join the video call at the scheduled time.
You’ll see these in My Bookings: click Choose a time to open the availability link, and Join call when it’s time for your session.

Join the session and leave a review
At the scheduled time, open the meeting link from your booking to join the call. After the session, the mentor marks it complete. You can then leave a review from My Bookings to help other mentees and support your mentor.
Need to pay for a pending booking? Go to My Bookings and complete payment. Your mentor can confirm or reject only after payment is confirmed.
